Hi, I’m Pauline!

I’m a curious person who enjoys exploring new things.
Over the years that curiosity has led me through many movement practices.
Yoga has been accompanying me for nearly a decade and I’ve been maintaining a daily meditation practice for the past 2 years. Over time, yoga became much more to me than movement: learning to listen to my body, meeting myself where I am in the process and appreciating slow, sustainable progress rather than chasing quick results or extreme poses. Growing up in Berlin, it became my way to regulate and counterbalance the stress of living in a fast-paced, big-city environment. To gain a deeper understanding I decided to complete a 200H Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Yoga on the Move.
Through a few injuries throughout my life, I learned more about my body and how to support its recovery. I discovered a strong interest in anatomy and preventative training. As a certified Mobility Specialist, I integrate mobility techniques into my flows, that keep the joints healthy and help increase active range of motion as well as build strength and control within that range.
At the moment I enjoy combining my interests in yoga, climbing and mobility by creating flows with the needs of climbers in mind - or anybody who just wants to move healthy and take care of their body.
Let’s meet! :-)
